Why I built RepStar

I've spent seven years doing marketing for local businesses – restaurants, guesthouses, opticians. I kept seeing the same thing: Google reviews keep coming in, but there's no time to reply, even though customers read the replies and Google notices them too. I built RepStar so that no small business has to choose between its customers and its Google profile.

How does RepStar reply to Google reviews?

You connect your Google Business Profile and RepStar checks for new reviews every 10 minutes. It writes a personal AI reply in the customer's language and your tone of voice. It replies to 4–5 star reviews on its own; for 1–3 stars you get a notification and approve the reply.

Is it safe to connect my Google Business Profile?

Yes. RepStar uses the official Google Business Profile API, you sign in on Google's own page and we never see your password. We only manage the profiles you enable, and you can disconnect at any time.

How much does it cost, and is there a free trial?

Try it free for 14 days, no card needed. After that, use it with a monthly or yearly subscription; the price depends on the plan and the number of profiles – see the calculator above.

Why should I reply to Google reviews?

Customers see that you care, and Google tends to show active, responsive profiles better in local search. A polite reply to a negative review also improves the overall picture a lot.
