Do I need a RepStar subscription?
No. Anyone can order cards and stickers on this page. Subscribers can also order in the app, and with a yearly plan the first card is free.
Which phones does it work with?
All iPhones from the XS onwards and almost every Android phone with NFC (NFC must be switched on). No app needed: the phone opens the link on its own.
What is the difference between the card and the sticker?
The 10×10 cm card is a visible sign customers notice by themselves. The 2.5 cm sticker is small and discreet – for the till, card terminal, menus or tables, where staff can point it out.
I have several shops. Can each one link to its own profile?
Yes. Every shop has its own name and link, and you can choose cards and stickers for each one separately. The quantity discount counts all pieces of the same product together.
Can I stick it on metal?
Not recommended: metal blocks NFC and phones will not read it. Glass, wood, plastic, counters and tables are fine.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is charged once per order, however many pieces you order. You see the exact amount in the summary.
