How much does the audit cost?

How is the score calculated?
Public data earns up to 62 points: rating (14), number of reviews (14), local rank (12), photos (10), website, phone and hours (4 each). The other 38 points – reply rate (15), posts and freshness (10), description (8), holiday hours (5) – can only be measured once you connect your profile, so the audit gives no points for them. The bar is high: full points go to local leaders.
Where does the data come from?
From Google’s public business data (reviews, photos, contact details) and the public data of similar businesses near you.
Why can’t I see my reply rate?
